Internal Audits (ISM / ISPS / MLC)
We have an experienced team of qualified auditors (Master Mariners) who carry out Internal ISM / ISPS and MLC audits onboard vessels as per guidelines laid down by the Company Safety Management Systems under ISM / ISPS code and MLC convention.
Our Internal audit process would include review of the SMS documentation and procedures onboard which will not only help identifying gaps within the systems but will also highlight scope for improvement.
Our process will also identify training needs and ensure onboard personnel fully understand SMS procedures.
Non-conformities and observations identified would be raised and relevant SMS procedure along with the corrective / preventive action and timeline for closure will be discussed with senior management onboard.
